Returns & warranty
We want every order to arrive exactly as it should. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at D1 The One — and the two conditions that matter most: the product must have been received by you, and it must still be in its original packaging.
Return conditions
Receive it first
A return can only be started once your order has actually been delivered to you. Orders still in transit cannot be returned — if you no longer want the order, wait until it arrives and then contact us.
Original packaging only
The item must be kept in its original packaging, complete and undamaged, with any seals, boxes, sleeves and inserts intact. Chalk cubes, 12-packs, cloths and tips removed from their packaging can no longer be returned.
Unused condition
Products should be in the same condition you received them. Anything that has been chalked, cut, fitted or played with is treated as used and falls outside the return policy.
How to start a return
- 1. Wait for delivery. Returns are only possible after the order has been received.
- 2. Keep everything packed. Leave the product in its original packaging so it stays eligible.
- 3. Email us. Send your order reference and a short description of the issue to D1TheOneEnquiries@outlook.com.
- 4. Post it back. We'll confirm the return address and how to send it. Once the item reaches us and passes inspection, your refund or replacement is arranged.
Warranty
Our products are covered against manufacturing faults — for example a chalk cube that arrives cracked, a cloth with a stitching defect or a tip that is faulty on arrival. If you believe you've received a faulty item, email us with photographs and your order reference and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.
Normal wear from play, chalk used down over time, damage from incorrect fitting and accidental damage aren't covered by the warranty.
